Alorica Taps Gregory Hopkins as Chief Client Officer, Citing His Industry Leadership

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 29, 2016) - Today, Andy Lee, Chairman & CEO of Alorica, announced his appointment of Gregory Hopkins as Chief Client Officer, effective immediately. The announcement comes on the heels of Alorica announcing that is has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Expert Global Solutions (EGS) to form a new global customer experience organization. Hopkins joins Alorica after serving as Chief Customer Officer at ServiceSource where he led customer success and go-to-market strategies. His extensive executive experience includes leadership roles at customer service and technology companies, including:

  • Senior Vice President of Sales at Telwares
  • Vice President of Sales at IBM Tealeaf
