alpha-En Corporation and Argonne National Laboratory Partner to Advance Commercialization of High Purity Lithium

TARRYTOWN, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 21, 2016) - alpha-En Corporation (OTC PINK: ALPE), an innovative clean technology company focused on enabling next-generation battery technologies by producing high purity lithium metal and associated products, announced today it has entered into a collaborative agreement with Argonne National Laboratory, of the U.S. Department of Energy, to optimize alpha-En's technology and further the Company's efforts to expedite commercialization.

Argonne National Laboratory, the nation's first and largest national laboratory, offers a vast array of resources and world class scientific expertise to Companies commercializing technologies of interest to the United States Government. Argonne works closely with the country's leading private and public companies, universities, and government agencies to help them advance America's scientific leadership and prepare the nation for a better future.
