8K filing that on September 18, 2009, that Pari Respiratory Equipment, Inc.
and ALR Technologies Inc. signed an agreement in which ALR Technologies
licensed the Company's patented nebulizer compressor monitoring technology
to Pari Respiratory Equipment, Inc. for the manufacturing and marketing of
compliance-ready monitoring nebulizers worldwide.
