(OTCBB: ALYI) today announced that its mobile commerce subsidiary, Utiba Americas, will participate in the MEF Americas 2010: Mobile Content & Commerce show to take place in Miami, November 30th and December 1st. "MEF Americas 2010: Mobile Content & Commerce will create one of the most significant gatherings of industry leaders from North America and LatAm. The addition of the MEF Leadership Summit to MEF Americas 2010 presents an unprecedented opportunity for leaders across the Americas to address the industry's key dynamics and drive new business," said Rimma Perelmuter, MEF Executive Director.

Henryk Dabrowski, CEO of Alternet and acting CEO of Utiba Americas, was invited to be a member of an expert panel comprised of regional and global industry leaders, to discuss the topic of Latin American Mobile Commerce. The panel will present case studies and business models prevalent in the region, and highlight any differences that may exist with the emerging North American model. Mr. Dabrowski will contribute the combined experience of Utiba Americas and its partner Utiba, which has successfully completed 57 implementations in 37 countries in its ten years of mobile commerce experience.
