VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 7, 2012) - Alterrus Systems Inc. (CNSX:ASI)(OTCQB:ASIUF) today announced that John Hamilton, former Chief Financial Officer of Alterrus Inc., has left the company as of August 31st, 2012.
Alterrus Executive Chairman, Stephen Fane, is acting as interim CFO until a replacement for Mr. Hamilton is hired. Mr. Fane, Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), is a hydroponic greenhouse entrepreneur and former partner at Coopers & Lybrand, a predecessor firm to Price Waterhouse Coopers.
