Alteva Declares Dividend


PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2013) - Alteva ("Alteva" or the "Company") (NYSE MKT: ALTV), a leading Unified Communications as a Service ("UCaaS") provider, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 21, 2013.

In addition, the Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the outstanding 5,000 shares of the Company's 5% preferred shares to be paid on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 21, 2013.
