AltiGen Announces MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync Has Passed Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program Requirements

MaxACD Becomes a Qualified Contact Center Solution for Microsoft Lync

(OTCQX: ATGN) (PINKSHEETS: ATGN), a leading provider of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, is pleased to announce that MaxACD Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is a qualified contact center solution and has passed Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program requirements.

The Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program is for Independent Software Vendors that have built solutions for Microsoft Lync. Testing is performed between Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and third party ISV applications to validate interoperability, feature set, system performance and stability.
