AltiGen Communications Announces Its 2015 North American Partner Conference

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 6, 2015) - AltiGen Communications, Inc. (OTCQX: ATGN), a leading provider of premise and cloud-based IP-PBX and Contact Center solutions, announces its 2015 North American Partner Conference, to be held in Chicago, IL on April 7 and 8, 2015.

The conference will feature sessions delivered by both AltiGen and various business partners focusing on AltiGen's new all software solutions, an exciting lineup of upcoming products and best practices for sales marketing and customer support.

Highlights of the conference sessions include:

  • AltiGen's New All Software IP-PBX -- AltiGen's new all software version of MaxCS (its flagship IP-PBX solution) will be showcased. MaxCS now provides full support for the industry leading Polycom IP phones and can be virtualized under VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, enabling organizations to leverage their existing IT infrastructure instead of having to deploy expensive proprietary communications hardware.

  • AltiGen Cloud-based Communications Solutions -- MaxCS Private Cloud, AltiGen's cloud-based version of MaxCS, enables organizations to take advantage of the cloud for both cost savings and improved disaster recovery capabilities.

  • New SIP-based VoIP Communications Offering -- The pace of business migration to SIP-based communications as an alternative to traditional public switched telephone networks is continuing to grow. AltiGen's new SIP communications offering, available to both cloud and premise customers, offers customers significant cost savings and serves as a driver for new MaxCS deployments.

  • Partner Success Stories -- AltiGen's new solutions are increasingly being deployed by the AltiGen partner community. A number of top performing, long time AltiGen business partners will be presenting customer case studies and examples of how to acquire new customers and migrate current customers to a recurring revenue model.

"My company has been an AltiGen business partner for more than 15 years," said John Babin, President of Capture Technologies. "We've seen AltiGen's MaxCS evolve from a small hardware-centric PBX to a scalable, enterprise class IP-PBX able to be deployed in the customer data center or the cloud."

Babin further stated, "The new product capabilities, the unique value proposition we are now able to offer our customers, and the opportunity to significantly grow recurring revenues are game changers. I'm looking forward to meeting AltiGen business partners across the country to share success stories and strategies to further grow our AltiGen businesses."
