The key capabilities of AltiGen's new web-based service ordering & management portal include:

  • Ordering of MaxCS IP-PBX and Contact Center services
  • Order SIP Services (SIP trunks, DIDs, Toll Free, Port DIDs, etc.)
  • Manage and track order status for initial and subsequent service orders
  • Real-time view of licenses and services for each MaxCS Private Cloud customer
