Amadesa's E-mail Content Personalization Module enables marketers to perform A/B testing on merchandising images or automatically personalize the right offer to the right individual, thereby improving click-through rates and easily aligning e-mail content to website content. By allowing senders to dynamically change images within the e-mail in real-time, and based on explicit business rules, each and every e-mail opened gains greater potential for click-through success, averaging a 5 to 25 percent increase in lifts.

Two modes are available to Amadesa E-mail Content Personalization Module users:

  • A personalized option mode that uses Amadesa's Smart Serve Technology™ to deliver the most relevant image (i.e. an offer, promotion, etc.) based on anonymous information. This mode is fully automated and no ongoing management is required. 
  • A manual selections mode that enables customers to run split tests or automated "pick-the-winner" formats to highlight the best performing alternative over the life of a campaign, based on click-through rates.
