Amalgamation Approved by Shareholders of Royal Oak Ventures Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 20, 2013) - Royal Oak Ventures Inc. (CNSX:ROV)(CNSX:ROV.B) ("Royal Oak") is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated November 25, 2013, the previously announced amalgamation between Royal Oak and 2395914 Ontario Inc. (the "Amalgamation") was approved by the shareholders of Royal Oak at a special meeting on December 19, 2013. The Amalgamation will take effect on January 1, 2014.
