Amazing Global Technologies Ltd. Adds Another $14,000,000 in Profitable Revenue by Acquiring Leading JD Edwards IT Services Consultants; Whitehouse UK, Whitehouse France and Whitehouse Australia

LONDON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 2, 2007 -- Amazing Global Technologies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: AZTN), one of the Oracle Partner Network's (OPN) largest and fastest growing IT Services and Consulting partners focused on JDE Enterprise solutions, announced today that it has signed Agreements to acquire leading JD Edwards IT Services Consultants with offices in UK, France and Australia.

J. Bradley Hall, CEO of Amazing Technologies, said, "These leading providers of enterprise solutions offer expertise and a knowledge base that complements our dynamic business model. Our first phase of acquisitions saw us acquire companies that included thousands of customers, employees and consultants in 17 countries and this is the beginning of our second phase of growth that should see us double in size to expanded operations in 22 countries and well over $100 million in profitable revenue."

Ian Silvester, the founder of Whitehouse in the UK who also lent his established brand to companies based in Paris, France and Sydney, Australia, noted, "The entire industry is undergoing a significant realignment whereby smaller, independent service providers will find it increasingly difficult to compete or even survive. This agreement allows us to join the existing Amazing companies that already span the globe and expand the single touch point for prospects and customers who require an international market presence. We are extremely excited by our enhanced sales prospects and have a goal of dramatically increasing our profitable multimillion dollar revenue rates in 2007."

Simon Hunter of Whitehouse Australia commented, "This is an exciting development not only for prospects and customers of JDE in Australia which currently can only choose from a couple of small, under funded consulting options but also those across Asia Pacific. It is our goal to accelerate our reach across Australia and also profitably establish a presence in all the important markets in Asia Pacific."

Brian McInerney, currently GM of Whitehouse France, who will also be responsible for Amazing operations in the UK, noted, "This agreement is very exciting for stakeholders in both Whitehouse and Amazing. Amazing adds another extremely well run, profitable company to its fold and our customers will benefit from all the synergies created by being a part of a large, efficient global organization." McInerney went on to add, "Smaller, regional resellers will increasingly be marginalized as companies like Amazing consolidate the channel and create a single touch point for prospects, customers and of course Oracle as well. Our impressive growth is slated to continue as Amazing accelerates towards a goal of completing an IPO on AIM in London in the near future."
