ALLENTOWN, PA--(Marketwired - May 5, 2016) -  Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. is pleased to announce it provided the fairness opinion to Revere Bank in regards to its proposed acquisition of Monument Bank.

Revere Bank is headquartered in Laurel, Maryland and had assets of $1.2 billion as of March 31, 2016. Monument Bank is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland had assets of $514 million as of March 31, 2016. The aggregate consideration of the transaction at announcement was $65.1 million and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2016 subject to customary closing conditions.
