Ambassador Yellow Pages to Publish Staten Island Directory

Media Takes Note

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 12, 2006 -- The Ambassador Yellow Pages -- the fastest growing yellow pages in New York City -- announced today that it has entered the Staten Island market, launching a new directory in that borough in late August.

News of Ambassador's Staten Island book has already made the media, being featured on New York City television station WB11. Based on Ambassador's efforts in the other boroughs of the city, its entry into Staten Island is certain to provide a dynamic marketing tool for businesses there.

"To truly represent New York City, it is of fundamental importance to be in Staten Island," said Kathy Hipple, Ambassador's CEO. "We are now in all five boroughs. Our goal is to serve the businesses, consumers and residents of Staten Island with the same community-centric, grassroots marketing approach that I can proudly say has made us grow as a yellow pages of choice in the other boroughs."

Staten Island, also known as Richmond County, is a unique part of New York City offering its residents the most suburban-style living of any of the five boroughs. Ambassador is particularly well suited to represent Staten Island businesses because it is a company that is closely in touch with the needs of New York's myriad of neighborhoods.

"As a New York City-based publisher of directories, the Ambassador Yellow Pages, as a company, has a particular feel for the nuances of New York's boroughs and its neighborhoods. This is because we are born and bred in the city itself," said Hipple.

Ambassador is sticking with its successful formula of creating a directory that provides advertisers with a valuable tool to reach local clients when they are "ready-to-buy."

The Ambassador Staten Island Yellow Pages is scheduled to roll out in August, and is now accepting advertising.
