AmberAlert.Com to Leverage Digital Signage Technology for Broader Distribution of Amber Alerts

Partnership With DynaTek Media Extends AMBER Alerts to Gas Stations and Convenience Stores

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- AMBERAlert.com, the AMBER Alert portal for state law enforcement efforts in the recovery of abducted children, announced today a partnership with DynaTek Media Corporation, the leading developer of networked digital signage solutions, to broadcast national AMBER Alert updates directly to digital displays mounted in convenience stores across the United States, and into specially designed gas pump screens. Leveraging AMBERAlert.com's mass notification technology and DynaTek's wireless content management capabilities, the partnership aims to bring real-time AMBER Alert updates to high traffic public areas such as the nearly 130,000 convenience stores nationwide, where updates can be regularly displayed throughout the entire duration of the alert.

"The faster we can reach the largest number of people, the better chance we have of safely recovering a missing child," said Jeffrey Rassas, president and CEO of Global Alerts, parent company of AMBERAlert.com. "Our focus this year is on creating connections with other great mass communication technologies like DynaTek's to expand the reach of the AMBER Alert network, so that the alerts are seen by as many people as possible, as quickly as possible."

The DynaTek displays typically feature 42-inch color flat screen monitors, placed in strategic locations within a convenience store and 20-inch enclosed color screens on the gas pumps. The screens feature marketing promotions and video advertisements that run on a programmed loop managed remotely by DynaTek out of their Scottsdale headquarters. The marketing loop would be immediately interrupted by wireless broadcast in the event of an AMBER Alert. In addition DynaTek's "Get Converged!" technology strategy will extend the reach even further by integrating text messaging on cellular phones and allow for redirection back to the alert portal. AMBERAlert.com's mass notification technology, which is already the only multi-state primary distribution channel of AMBER Alerts for law enforcement and hundreds of thousands of registered users across the United States, would be used to provide the real-time AMBER Alert broadcast data and updates.

"We are very excited that our technology can help play such a critical role in the safe recovery of missing children," said Ronald I. Gross, co-founder and CEO of DynaTek Media Corporation. "Our digital signage technology has always been valued as a great way to reach the large number of customers that pass through convenience stores and gas stations and other retail channels on a daily basis. Now, in addition to providing a great marketing tool that drives sales, we can help make sure that someone stopping for gas or a snack will be on the lookout if a child is missing in the area."

AMBERAlert.com and DynaTek will be working with strategic partners in the convenience store and gas station industries to begin rolling out the program by installing the technology in locations across the United States starting in the spring of 2007. In addition, DynaTek will be bringing other networks related to the medical industry, consumer electronics industry and the entertainment industry to this worthy cause.

AMBERAlert.com's parent company, Global Alerts, is one of the founding members of the AMBER Alert Web Portal Consortium compromised of law enforcement & broadcasting partners working together to return children to their homes safely.
