Ambient Water Signs Memorandum of Understanding With BW GLOBAL Structures Inc. to Supply AW 400 Series Equipment for Turnkey Greenhouse Applications

SPOKANE, WA--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2014) -  Ambient Water (OTCQB: AWGI), a leading provider of atmospheric water generation systems for extracting water from humidity in the air, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to supply Ambient Water 400 atmospheric water generators to BW GLOBAL Structures Inc. for Turnkey Vertical Farming applications.

"We're thrilled to have this MOU in place with BW GLOBAL, and look forward to the Ambient Water 400 generating cost-efficient clean water for the their various greenhouse and aquaponics applications," said Keith White, Founder and CEO of Ambient Water.

"As drought conditions worsen and clean water becomes more scarce as well as costly, there is a tremendous need within the Agricultural industry to supply clean and usable water on-site for controlled growing environments," said Timothy Kendrick, President & Chief Designer of BW GLOBAL. "We're excited to be Ambient Water's partner in the Controlled Environment Agriculture sector and to be a part of the first ever field installations of the Ambient Water 400 in a closed loop controlled environment."

"Controlling humidity levels and temperature are critical for increasing yields and reducing pathogen pressure on crops," explained Mr. Kendrick. "Being able to operate in a completely sealed greenhouse environment allows for a wider range of humidity levels to be achieved while being able to capture the humidity from plant transpiration, converting it to irrigation water. Also, there are energy savings in not having to externally vent a greenhouse in order to control humidity, especially in colder environments or conditions. Additionally, in extremely arid conditions like the Middle East, we can recapture much of the water consumed by the plants while creating an unprecedented growing environment. With the Ambient Water 400, we will be able to provide both active cooling and heating in many regions of the world."

Mr. Kendrick concluded, "With our proprietary greenhouse designs for extreme weather conditions -- and with our partnership with Ambient Water -- we are pushing the envelope of achieving a 100% sealed greenhouse. These greenhouses are an ideal application for Ambient Water's AW 400 to provide complete environmental control within the growing environment. We are immediately implementing Ambient Water's world-class technology into two high-profile projects."
