AMD Wins Two Industry Awards for Excellence in Sales Operations

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2014) - AMD (NYSE: AMD) won two prestigious business awards at the 8^th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, announced Feb. 21, 2014. 

The AMD Customer Group was named the Gold Stevie winner for Sales Operations Team of the Year for its efficient, strategic, data-driven and aligned global channel operations. David Kenyon, corporate vice president, strategic account sales, received the Gold Stevie award for Worldwide Sales Executive of the Year (2013), for introducing a new business management system that overhauled, streamlined and drastically improved AMD's global sales operations.
