Amelia Lily Hot Favourite With Sky Bet for X Factor Return!

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Nov. 11, 2011) - X Factor odds experts and leading online betting firm Sky Bet make Amelia Lily red hot favourite to be reinstated into the show on Saturday, following the forced departure of Frankie Cocozza.

Lily, who was ousted on the show's live launch in the cruellest ever X Factor twist is 6/1 ON to be voted back into the running by the public at the weekend.

Sky Bet's X Factor betting expert, Helen Jacob, said: "Amelia was an early frontrunner and had been a 100/1 shot to be voted off on launch night, making her premature departure one of the biggest shocks in the history of X Factor betting. She looks a shoo-in to be voted back in on Saturday."

Lily has been reinstated as a 6/1 shot to win the show outright.

The other three acts vying to return are James Michael (11/2), 2 Shoes (12/1) and Jonjo Kerr (20/1).

Sky Bet refunded all bets placed on Frankie Cocozza both to win and be top male after the rebellious teenager was forced to withdraw from the show due to persistent rule breaking.

Soulful, smiley scouser Marcus Collins currently heads Sky Bet's betting to win the X Factor at 5/2. Janet Devlin is 3/1 second favourite with Craig Colton (7/2) and Misha Bryan available at 5/1.

Sky Bet's Helen Jacob added: "This year's X Factor is a really exciting, wide-open betting event. We've already seen a handful of favourites and it's anyone's guess who will win in the end."
