CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 13, 2012) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, has entered into an agreement with a financial consultant to provide finance and accounting services until the company's search for a CFO with public company experience is successful.

"We are already in the process of developing and managing accounting controls in preparation of implementing a new accounting system that will allow us to easily and accurately provide all SEC financial information to the SEC in a timely fashion," said AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre. "We have also added outside personnel to assist our accounting group in their efforts to provide the auditing firm the necessary financial information to finalize the two-year SEC audit, which is long past due. As the most two current years of audits must be submitted, we now expect the audits for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012 to be completed and submitted to the SEC by the end of the first quarter of 2013.
AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre is hosting a shareholder update conference call December 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Dial-in information will be publically disseminated two weeks before the scheduled call.
