AmeraMex International Schedules Year-end Conference Call

CHICO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 1, 2015) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC PINK: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring/shipping), infrastructure construction, logging and mining companies has rescheduled its year-end conference call for April 20, 2015 as the company's CEO will be out of the country. Year-end financials for the year ended December 31, 2014 will be reported April 13, 2015. The delay is due to the appointment of a new CFO in the fourth quarter of 2014.
