AmeraMex International Shareholder Conference Call Rescheduled for December 17, 2012

CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - Dec 10, 2012) -   AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, has rescheduled its shareholder conference call from Monday, December 10, 2012 to Monday, December 17, 2012. The call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PST), 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST). Updated dial-in information will be disseminated via news release within the next two days.
