AmeraMex International Signs Agreement Equivalent to $255,000

CHICO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 14, 2016) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC PINK: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, announced that it has sold an undisclosed number of forklifts to a sawmill in California for approximately $135,000. The company also signed a one-year lease agreement for loaded container handlers with an off-dock container sorting yard located in California. The lease agreement will generate revenue of approximately $120,000 over the twelve-month period.
