Amergence Group Changes Name to Altitude Organic Corporation

Amergence Group President Moves Altitude Organic Corporation "Front and Center" With an Announced Name Change

PHOENIX, AZ and DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - The Amergence Group (PINKSHEETS: AMNG) announced today that its president, Brian Cook, has ordered the company's name be changed to Altitude Organic Corporation (www.altitudeorganix.com). According to Mr. Cook, "Our new name will better reflect what I believe will be our company's main focus -- the explosion of the legal medical marijuana industry happening now in the US. Altitude Organic Corporation's headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ will represent 'ground zero' as the State of Arizona rolls out its medical marijuana rules to the public on March 28th. Altitude Organic Corporation plans to play a significant role in helping to shape the success of this nascent industry."

This week, Altitude Organic Corporation will also submit the name change (and request a new symbol) to FINRA, its governing body (http://www.finra.org/). Since Altitude Organic Corporation was already part of the company, there was no share restructuring of any kind associated with this corporate action. Shareholders can look forward to hearing of the company's latest developments as they occur.
