Amergence Group Sub -- PanPacific International -- Names Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Company to Administer Amergence Dividend

Each Brokerage Firm Will Receive PanPacific Dividend Shares Based on the Actual Number of AMNG Shares in Their Inventories

PHOENIX, AZ and HONG KONG--(Marketwire - December 21, 2010) - The Amergence Group (PINKSHEETS: AMNG), a company that focuses on developing, nurturing, and rapidly expanding selected emerging or "disruptive" companies across a wide range of industries and disciplines, reported today that its subsidiary, PanPacific International, has chosen Olde Monmouth Transfer Company to become its transfer agent. Olde Monmouth will be charged with administrating the upcoming dividend of PanPacific common shares that will be due to Amergence shareholders after the December 31, 2010 record has passed.
