Amergence Picks Up Its First Two Business Units From PanPacific Business Ltd.

PHOENIX, AZ and HONG KONG--(Marketwire - March 4, 2010) - The Amergence Group (PINKSHEETS: AMNG) has signed a binding Letter of Intent with PanPacific Business, Ltd. ( to purchase several of PanPacific's business opportunities currently being rolled out by the Hong Kong-based company.

PanPacific Business's president, John T. Martin, will assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer in each new venture and will manage the businesses from his company's Hong Kong office. Amergence's current president, Peter Jacobs, will remain in his capacity for each new venture. The newly acquired business units target leading-edge media opportunities. The first business, Ante-Up Media, contracts with movie theatres for the display of commercial advertising to theatre-goers prior to the start of each movie feature. The second business unit will represent -- a very popular Chinese-based video site similar in concept to YouTube® in the US. This unit will sell various types of online advertising for Video1314.

According to PanPacific's president, John T.
