America Greener Technologies Enters Into Canadian Soft Wave Product Distribution Agreement With Stina Resources

MESA, AZ--(Marketwired - Feb 3, 2016) -  America Greener Technologies, Inc. (AGT) (OTCQB: AGRN), an environmental technologies company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Richmond, B.C. based Stina Resources Ltd. for the Canadian Distribution Rights for Soft Wave, AGT's patented water treatment technology. The terms of the agreement call for an upfront cash payment, up to $250,000 in future cash payments, and a 12% royalty on all Soft Wave Technology distributed and sold within Canada. The agreement is subject to approval by the Canadian Stock Exchange.

Soft Wave is a proprietary, non-chemical physical water treatment system that provides a number of cost-saving, environmental, and personal benefits to household consumers, businesses, city water infrastructures, and large industrial operations. Soft Wave units are comprised of multiple electromagnetic coils wrapping around a water pipe, exposing water to multi-vibrational overlapping electrical and magnetic fields. This enhances water's ability to dissolve and suspend minerals, thus preventing scale formation inside water pipes and exposed surfaces. Soft Wave has been installed in the facilities of Dole Foods, Fresh Express and Best Western Hotels, among other well-known American companies.
