American Appraisal Canada Celebrates Pan Am Games 2015 with Infographic

American Appraisal Canada, a valuation and fixed asset management advisor and a division of Duff & Phelps, has released an infographic about the upcoming 2015 Pan Am / Parapan Am Games.

On July 10^th, 2015 the opening ceremonies will take place for the 17^th edition of the Games. To get things rolling, American Appraisal Canada's new infographic presents fun facts and statistics related to the games and what they've meant for the country. This will be the third time that the Games have been hosted by Canada. The first two times, in 1967 and 1999, they were held in Winnipeg. This time, they are hosted by 15 municipalities in Ontario.

The infographic sheds light on the number of people involved in the Games, including athletes, coaches, team officials, volunteer workers and employees, and outlines the venues in which they will take place. It also highlights some of the most significant investments in venues and other aspects of making the events successful. Fun facts are presented about other implications of the Games, such as the total length and locations of HOV lanes that were created, how much wood was used for the cycling track and how many dump trucks of sand it took to make the volleyball stadium.
