American Cannabis Company, Inc. Announces New Contract for Canadian Based Firm Seeking to Become Licensed Producer


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Oct 20, 2016) - American Cannabis Company, Inc.™ (OTCQB: AMMJ) (the "Company"), a full-service business-to-business consulting solutions provider, and seller of ancillary products to the cannabis industry, today announced that it has secured a new design and consulting contract with a Canadian firm for the purpose of creating a cannabis Licensed Producer facility within the Atlantic provinces.

This multi-phase project will begin with the construction of an indoor facility. Operations related to this project will commence with the cultivation of an alternative crop, and then transition to cannabis production as soon as operational licensing is secured. Future plans call for the creation of green houses and further indoor expansion.
