American CareSource Holdings Reports 127% Increase in Revenues for Third Quarter 2008

Company Reports Six Consecutive Quarters of Revenue Growth

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - October 22, 2008) - American CareSource Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANCI) today reported a 127% increase in revenues to approximately $16.1 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 compared to approximately $7.1 million in the same period last year. The Company's third quarter revenues also represent a 24% improvement over second quarter 2008 reported revenues of $13.0 million. For the nine months ended September 30, 2008, the Company reported a 204% improvement in revenues to approximately $40.6 million compared to the same period in 2007.
