American Creek Resources Announces Changes to Board of Directors and Officers

CARDSTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 31, 2015) - American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) ("the Corporation") announces that Allan Burton, Kirk Harline, and Darcy Heggie have resigned from the Corporation's Board of Directors and that Allan Burton has also resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer. The Corporation is also pleased to announce that Robert N. Edwards, Sean Pownall and Dennis G. Edwards have been appointed to the Corporation's Board of Directors. Darren Blaney has resigned as Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed to replace Mr. Burton as President and Chief Executive Officer. Robert N. Edwards will continue as the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer. Allan Burton and Darcy Heggie will both remain in the capacity as advisors to the board. The changes to the Corporation's board and management are effective December 31, 2015.

The Corporation wishes to thank Messrs. Burton, Harline, and Heggie for their longstanding contributions and dedication to the company's Board of Directors.
