American Eagle Outfitters Announces the Promotion of Michael Rempell to Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Rick Milazzo to Vice President, Chief Information Officer

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ:AEOS) today announced the promotion of Michael Rempell to Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Jim O'Donnell. In addition to Information Technology, Mr. Rempell will assume responsibility for Imports, Custom Compliance and all of Logistics. This change provides a strategic focus and integrated approach across the teams that are responsible for the speed, flexibility, and efficiency of the entire supply chain process. The company also announced the promotion of Rick Milazzo to Vice President and Chief Information Officer, who will report to Mr. Rempell.
