American Girl and API Outsourcing Reach Multi-Year Agreement

ST. PAUL, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- API Outsourcing, Inc., a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider of state-of-the-art invoice automation and document management solutions, announced today an agreement with American Girl, Inc. to renew the services contract for an additional three-year term.

This agreement provides for services to American Girl, as well as Mattel's direct-to-consumer business units of Barbie Collector, Fisher Price, Hot Wheels and Matchbox. API services include production of order confirmations, checks, letters and company notices. American Girl and API began their business relationship in 2003.
