American Girl and API Outsourcing Reach Multi-Year Agreement

Girl, Inc. to renew the services contract for an additional
three-year term.
This agreement provides for services to American Girl, as well as Mattel's

confirmations, checks, letters and company notices. American Girl and API
began their business relationship in 2003.
