American Green Announces Its First Group of Uniquely Branded Quality Cannabis Products Designed Exclusively for Sale by ZaZZZ Network Affiliates

TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwired - Aug 11, 2015) - American Green, Inc. (OTC PINK: ERBB)  is pleased to announce it has begun producing, under license, unique American Green-branded cannabis products including Hash, Live Rosin, Wax and Tinctures, some of which will have a high CBD focus. These products will be sold exclusively at all participating ZaZZZ network affiliates.

These consumables will be made under license with dispensaries and growers such as Herbal Elements in Colorado. Similar relationships are under development in other states where medical or recreational marijuana has been legalized. Products will be advertised and promoted as available at ZaZZZ network affiliates.

Early in 2014, we publicly recognized the need for consistency of products for consumer recognition and security. It's always been part of the discussion with Herbal Elements, and in December we reached an agreement with Greensticks to this end. The path we are on now is a continuation of that plan.

The Hash and Live Rosin that is being produced in Colorado is 100% solvent free. Butane is not used in the process. Combining high-quality, all- natural strains with a clean extraction provides patients with the most pure products.
