American Leisure Holdings Announces Growth Strategy for Subsidiary Acquisition

SILVER SPRINGS, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2015) - American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: AMLH) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Wroblewski Oil and Gas Company ("WOGC"), has detailed plans to expand and grow its newly acquired petroleum distribution center and convenience store.

With proven expertise in the business, WOGC has outlined key components to increase patronage, build loyalty and drive additional revenue growth. The Company initially plans to modernize the facility to include a full kitchen with prepared meals to capitalize on consumers' on the go lifestyles. This renovation will begin in the first quarter and is planned in stages to allow for continued patronage during construction.

To build loyalty and drive traffic, the Company will be instituting a cross marketing program with a local car wash. The marketing partner has already been identified and plans are underway to establish this new program within the next sixty days.

The Company has received approval from the Pennsylvania Lottery Commission to add the sale of lottery tickets to the portfolio of products offered by the convenience store. Consumer demand for instant lottery products continues to catapult Pennsylvania as one of the leading lottery states. The Pennsylvania Lottery is the only US lottery that targets all of its proceeds to programs for its elderly residents. Since the beginning of the Lottery in 1972, more than $20.1 billion has been contributed to programs.
