American Realty Advisors Provides Mezzanine Financing for Corporate Center in Menlo Park, CA

GLENDALE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 4, 2007 -- American Realty Advisors announced today the origination of a mezzanine loan secured by the Menlo Oaks Corporate Center, a 374,139 square foot, seven-building suburban office property located within the Bohannon Business Park area of Menlo Park in Northern California. The Property is located adjacent to Highway 101, with over a quarter-mile of freeway exposure, and is currently leased to a diverse roster of financial, technology, government and legal firms. The transaction was executed by American's structured finance division.
