American Residential Services Acquires A.J. Perri

MEMPHIS, TN--(Marketwired - Sep 5, 2014) - American Residential Services (ARS), a privately held nationwide provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, announced today that it has acquired A.J. Perri. Based in Tinton Falls, NJ, A.J. Perri is a 43-year-old family-owned HVAC and plumbing business with a significant presence across the populous central and northern counties of the state.
