American Scientific Resources Executes Deal to Launch 3-Month National Radio Campaign

Strategy Is to Increase Brand Awareness & Revenues of High-Tech Children's Products

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - April 23, 2008) - American Scientific Resources (PINKSHEETS: ASFX) today announced that the Company has executed a tactical performance-based agreement with Business TalkRadio.net, Inc., a leader in providing business, financial and lifestyle programming to a worldwide network of 1,400 radio stations, in order to launch a 3-month national radio campaign through its Lifestyle Talk Radio Network®. American Scientific Resources, Inc. is the holding company for wholly owned subsidiaries Kidz-Med, Inc. and Heart Smart System, Inc.

The campaign is designed to enhance the Company's success in Q1 which included building brand awareness and educating consumers about the Company's Kidz-Med Inc. division and its market-ready products. The spotlight will be placed on Kidz-Med's flagship product, the Thermofocus® 5-in-1 non-contact thermometer, which is impacting the thermometry marketplace in a very positive way.

The campaign will be geared toward reaching a targeted mass audience with the production and placement of 30 second commercials scheduled to air weekly, and the creation and exposure of powerful online banner ads. In addition, the Company will be featured weekly on Lifestyle TalkRadio Network's popular program, Growing Up With Dr. Brodlie. Featuring renowned psychologist Dr. Jerry Brodlie, the program is designed to create compelling hour long shows that educate parents on various informative child rearing topics.
