American Seniors Association Holding Group, Inc. Announces Resignation of Board Chairman

ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2010) - American Seniors Association Holding Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ASGP) (the "Corporation") announced today that the Company's Chairman Jerry Barton has resigned for personal reasons. In light of Mr. Barton's resignation, Board member James Sanders will assume the role of Chairman. The Company also announced the election of two additional board members, Donna Rayburn, past Board member and Chairwoman of ASF Group, Inc and Jack McDaniel, previously unaffiliated with the Company.
