AMERICAN SYSTEMS Awarded $42.5 Million Task Order to Continue Navy 311 Support Center Services

Navy Call Center Is Single Point-of-Entry for On- and Off-Duty Assistance for Fleet and Families


CHANTILLY, VA--(Marketwired - Jul 25, 2016) - AMERICAN SYSTEMS today announced it was awarded a $42.5 Million Task Order by the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Program Office PMW 240 for Navy 311 Support Center Contractor Support Services.

Under the terms of the five-year (base year plus four option years) Seaport-e Task Order, AMERICAN SYSTEMS will continue its support and operation of the Navy 311 Support Center, a key component of Navy Distance Support strategy and the "single face to the fleet." The call center is the one entry point for the fleet, Sailors, military families, and civilians to get immediate "reach-back" support for any issue at any time. Work will be performed primarily at Norfolk Naval Base, VA, and SPAWAR New Orleans, LA.
