Americana Distribution, Inc. Subsidiary, Americana Licensing, Inc., Obtains Exclusive World Wide Licensing Rights for American Folk Hero Paul Bunyan

MANALAPAN, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 14, 2006 -- Americana Distribution, Inc. (OTCBB: ADBN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Americana Licensing, Inc. (R & R Licensing Holdings, Inc.), has obtained exclusive world wide rights for licensing Paul Bunyan including the collection of certain registered trademarks of the American folk hero.

Americana Licensing possesses extensive resources to help in the successful building of major brands, trademarks, products, characters, inventions and more. The company's services range from strategy development, to structuring and negotiating licensing terms. Additionally, the company manages licensing programs for children's, corporate, celebrity and other brands.

"Paul Bunyan represents an exceptional opportunity for powerful branding in a wide-range of product categories," said Richard Blank, Chief Executive Officer of Americana Licensing, Inc. "The real value of this brand is not only that it is so widely known, but it incorporates unparalleled strength, innovation and durability with tireless and good-natured enthusiasm. In so many ways, Paul Bunyan has always been the symbol of America's industrial greatness."

The company anticipates a full brand rollout within the next few months and has specifically targeted such burly industries as: outdoor and work boots and apparel; manual and power tools; garden, nursery, and logging products and equipment, and others.

"We've already seen a great deal of interest specifically in the targeted industries," said Blank. "It's quite obvious that Paul Bunyan branding is set to become a 'Giant' licensing success."

Few characters in American Folklore have attained the stature of the legendary Paul Bunyan. Stories about the mythical lumberjack and his giant blue ox, Babe, first started circulating through the logging camps of Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota during the late 19th century. As the tales grew, so did the legend which lives on today as a symbol of unparallel strength. As a testament to his legend, Paul Bunyan, along with John Henry, Mighty Casey and Pecos Bill, was featured as an American Folk Hero on a block of commutative stamps issued in 1996.
