Americana Distribution, Inc. Subsidiary, Americana Licensing, Inc., to Usher Davy Crockett Into the World of Animation and Character Licensing

MANALAPAN, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2006 -- Americana Distribution, Inc. (OTCBB: ADBN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Americana Licensing, Inc. (R & R Licensing Holdings, Inc.), has been engaged by Davy Crockett, Inc. to explore animation and character-based licensing opportunities for Davy Crockett. Americana Licensing recently announced that it had obtained exclusive world wide rights for licensing Davy Crockett including Davy Crockett, Inc.'s collection of certain registered trademarks.

Americana Licensing possesses extensive resources to help in the successful building of major brands, trademarks, products, characters, inventions and more. The company's services range from strategy development, to structuring and negotiating licensing terms. Additionally, the company manages licensing programs for children's, corporate, celebrity and other brands.
