AmeriChip International Inc. CEO Provides Mid-Quarter Update

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--(Marketwire - January 23, 2008) - AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) CEO Marc Walther said today that the company expects revenue for the quarter ending February, 29, 2008 to be in the range of $1,250,000, up 30% from $958,000 for the quarter ended November 30, 2007.

The sequential revenue progression for AmeriChip for the last three quarters is $958,000 for the November 30, 2007 quarter, $864,000 for the August quarter, $628,000 for the May quarter.

AmeriChip's 50,000 square foot manufacturing plant is now running 24 hours a day Monday through Friday, and 12 hours a day Saturday and Sunday. New machines are on order to further expand capacity.

The EDI system announced January 17, 2007 is already generating new orders, some of which are coming from a major manufacturer who preferred the enhanced EDI system.
