(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ABG), a Canadian publicly traded company, wishes to correct the information regarding the date of a certain Land Use Rights Transfer Agreement between the Company and China Zhejiang Biodiesel Co, Ltd. (the "Agreement") referenced in the Company's March 22, 2012 News Release and Material Change Report, both of which have been filed on SEDAR.
The Agreement was dated February 28, 2011, not February 28, 2012.
