Amika Mobile and Samsung are demonstrating the integration of the Samsung Network Cameras at ASIS with Amika Mobile's award winning AMS mass notification server that delivers any content alerts to mobile phones, laptops, desktops, overhead screens, VoIP phones, loudspeakers and paging systems.

"Amika Mobile has delivered a very comprehensive emergency mass notification solution which is ideal for integration with the Samsung network cameras especially with their innovative auto-discovery and notification capability", said Frank DeFina, Vice President at Samsung leading work on the Samsung Campus.

"It is very exciting to be working with Samsung on this given their great camera network technology and the need that customers have expressed to us repeatedly for triggering targeted or mass alerts based on detection from video", stated Amika Mobile CEO Dr. Sue Abu-Hakima.

The Amika Mobility Server ensures people are found in an emergency due to its unique auto-discovery capability, which finds anyone on the wired or wireless network even if they are not pre-registered in a database. Database pre-registration has been described as the Achilles' heel of emergency mass notification systems.

According to Gartner's February 2010 Market Scope report, the emergency mass notification market is growing rapidly - closing 2009 at $520 Million with a projected growth of 29% well into 2012.

The demonstration can be seen at the Samsung ASIS booth #3369 in Dallas, Texas Sept 12-14. Amika Mobile will also be at booth # 3798.
