Amore TV Clarifies Management Structure

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 25, 2007 -- InvestSource, Inc., following up on the release dated January 24, 2007, in which the Company announced that it was suspending its relationship with Amore TV, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ATVR), stated today that according to, Anthony Mellone is the CEO of record. This clarifies the earlier confusion that prompted InvestSource to take the aforementioned course of action.

According to Bill Janulewicz, COO of InvestSource, "There have been some recent changes in the management of Amore TV that led to some confusion on our part as to precisely who was authorized to make decisions for the company. Upon further investigation, and after speaking with Mr. Mellone, we believe that we have rectified the misunderstanding." Mr. Janulewicz added, "As we stated in the previous release, our decision was in no way intended as a negative assessment of Amore TV, its management, or its operations. We simply took what we felt was a necessary step in response to some conflicting information."
