AMS Homecare Inc. Wins Arbitration Decision and Secures UWB Rights

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 6, 2007) - AMS Homecare Inc. (OTCBB:AHCKF), a leading national provider of mobility products, durable medical products and patient monitoring technology to the aging North American population is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded a decision in an arbitration matter against Wireless2000.

On March 28, 2005 the company announced a binding agreement with Wireless2000 of Burnaby, British Columbia enabling the company to acquire exclusive distribution rights to market patented Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology to the healthcare, elder care, medical offices and hospital markets in North America. The products included a Human Heart Rate Respiration Monitor and a Precision Location & Tracking System (PLT) for locating and tracking patients and equipment around hospitals and healthcare facilities.

A dispute occurred between the parties regarding Wireless2000 performance on delivering the technology to the company. As per the terms of the agreement the matter Wireless2000 moved to hear this matter before an Arbitrator. The company today received a decision from Kenneth Glasner, Q.C. regarding the dispute. Mr. Glasner concluded, that, "When reviewing (Wireless2000) conduct I find that there is sufficient evidence on the balance of probabilities to find that Wireless showed bad faith in its conduct with AMS. A review of the evidence as outlined in this decision reflects a course of conduct to deprive AMS of its rights under the Agreement." Mr. Glasner further noted that, "...I'm not sympathetic to Wireless's conduct; the parties have come to a juncture in time where the HRRM/PLT is now ready for production."

In conclusion, the company is very pleased with the decision and we look forward to market the product as it is now ready for production as per Wireless2000 statements. Because Mr. Glasner found that Wireless2000 acted in bad faith and since AMS is seeking damages by way of direct costs incurred to date coupled with damages for loss of opportunity he will address the amount of damages "based on submissions by the parties on the quantum of damages".

The company will be providing further news releases on development of other corporate matters shortly.
