Amseco Appoints Mackenzie Watson, P.Eng., as Chair of Its Technical Advisory Board-Grants Additional Options

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2010) - Amseco Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AEL) ("Amseco") is pleased to announce, subject to regulatory approval, the appointment of Mr. Mackenzie I. Watson, P. Eng. as Chair of its Technical Advisory Board. He was President and a director of Freewest; a director of Stingray Copper Inc., a copper resource company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; and director of Murgor Resources Inc. and Royal Standard Minerals Inc., both mining exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Watson has 45 years of exploration experience and has been involved in the discovery of numerous gold, base metal and coal deposits in Canada. He was awarded Canada's Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 for his participation in the discovery of a number of deposits in Canada, including the Harker Holloway gold mine (Ontario), the Icon-Sullivan copper mine (Québec), the Long Lac zinc mine (Ontario), the Ellison gold deposit (Québec) and the Hébercourt copper deposit (Québec). He was also awarded the Québec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Québec.

Mr. Watson has been granted 500 000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.15 per share. The options shall vest immediately and are exercisable over a period of ten (10) year. They shall expire 30 days following the end of Mr. Watson involvement with Amseco.
