Amway and Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition USA, LLC Sign International Licensing Agreement for CUUR
New CUUR Weight Loss System Gains Support Through Licensing Agreement
CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - December 12, 2007) - Amway and Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition USA, LLC, a
subsidiary of Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition AB, publicly traded in Sweden
and Norway (Ticker: SCN), have established a licensing agreement. This
partnership will involve an international license of CUUR, the top selling weight loss product
in Sweden, for multilevel marketing (network marketing). CUUR is one of
several clinically tested products by Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition USA,
LLC.

This agreement also provides Amway a right of first refusal for products
and technology licensed to Scandinavian Clinical Nutrition developed by the
Karolinska Institute, an internationally recognized Swedish
institution that awards the Nobel Prize for Medicine. Scandinavian Clinical
Nutrition has formed a 10-year, $10 million research agreement with the
Karolinska Institute through their Network of Excellence, which will serve
to benefit Amway, which also maintains a strong focus on the research and
development of new products.
