Analysts International Corporation Wins 3-Year Criminal Justice Contract in Nebraska

Analysts International to Enhance and Support the Nebraska Criminal Justice Information System

MINNEAPOLIS, MN and LINCOLN, NE--(Marketwire - February 25, 2009) - Analysts International Corporation (AIC) (NASDAQ: ANLY), a leading systems integrator for State and Local Government, today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract by the Nebraska Crime Commission to enhance and support the Nebraska Criminal Justice Information System (NCJIS).

"NCJIS is one of the most respected information sharing efforts in the nation, and we are proud to be selected by the Nebraska Crime Commission to enhance and support the system over the next three years," said Skip Fogus, General Manager, AIC's Government Solutions Division.

"We welcome a partnership with AIC to help us with NCJIS, as it is one of our state's most strategic tools for the criminal justice community," said Michael Behm, Executive Director of the Nebraska Crime Commission. "AIC's response to our Request for Proposals reinforced why we have successfully worked with the company for nearly ten years: they have superior expertise, they provide great value to Nebraska and they show a dedication to doing what's right for us and for our user community."

NCJIS is a secure data portal available to criminal justice professionals that provides access to a wide variety of Nebraska criminal justice data for operational use. Deployed in 2000, NCJIS was one of the nation's first information sharing portals to provide real-time access to distributed criminal justice data throughout a state. The NCJIS portal concept and related best practices have assisted other states in the nation, such as Alabama, Colorado, Kansas and Wyoming, with improving their information sharing capabilities. Today, NCJIS supports over 300 government agencies by providing them with access to critical information that assists them in solving crimes, prosecuting and sentencing criminals, and making informed parole and release/re-entry decisions.

"Our 6,000 NCJIS users require high service levels and AIC provided us the best solution to support the Nebraska criminal justice community," said Michael Overton, Chief of the Nebraska Crime Commission's Information Services Division. "Our customers need better ways to analyze criminal justice data, manage the quality of the data and automatically share information based on work flow from Nebraska's criminal justice process. AIC has a flexible business model and proven solutions that allow us to quickly tackle each new project as funding becomes available."
