Andiamo Corporation Substantially Reduces Authorized Common Shares

LANSING, MI--(Marketwired - Aug 3, 2016) - Andiamo Corporation (OTC PINK: ANDI), a Wyoming holding company, is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a reduction in the number of authorized Common Shares from 4 billion to 250 million Common Shares. The Company believes the overall value of Andiamo Corp has a tremendous upside and wishes to reflect that value in its stock price. The reduction is being filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State. The Company intends to raise additional growth capital to achieve a share price worthy of a move to a higher trading arena.
